This new loudspeaker model from Unison Research model is designed to be matched, in particular, to the Unison Research valve amplifiers. For this purpose both the sensitivity ando the impedance were optimized. The Unison Research Max It is a two-way floorstanding reflex-loaded system, with substantial internal volume despite a compact footprint.  The two reflex ducts fire forward, making it easier to place the diffusers in the room. This speaker can also be used as front channel in home theater systems; with two pairs of diffusers (front and rear) you get an high-impact home theater presentation that does not require a center channel or sub-woofer.

This new Unison Research model is designed to be matched, in particular, to the Unison Research valve amplifiers. For this purpose not only the sensitivity but also the impedance were optimized.

The original Phono One was one of the most popular Unison Research products in our history. Its production was discontinued a few years ago, but the requests to bring it back were overwhelming. That’s why we’ve introduced its return, with a new and improved design. The aesthetics of the Phono One is unchanged, however, maintaining the classic and timeless look of the original version. The Phono One, from its beginning, was designed for those who require a phono preamplifier that offers the highest possible sound quality.

Part of our classic line of tube amplifiers that include the Sinfonia and the Performance, the Preludio integrated amplifier continues the technical approach, sound and aesthetics of its larger siblings. While the Preludio’s appearance is certainly gorgeous, it is also extremely reliable due to its unique design solutions, quality materials and adherence to the highest of standards.

Many of our loyal Unison Research customers requested that we create a tube amplifier capable of output power well above all our previous achievements. To address this need, the design team created our flagship Unison Research amplifier, the Reference monoblocks. After we completed the design of our flagship Reference monoblock power amplifiers, we created a need for a preamplifier with the same features and sound quality. We came up with a preamplifier design worthy of that series, the Reference PRE. Made with the care and attention detail that characterizes all products from Unison Research, the Reference PRE preamplifier is truly another milestone in audio reproduction.

This new integrated amplifier, thanks to more efficient engineering, provides better sound quality as well as better reliability and tube life.

While phono preamps with valves are becoming increasingly common, not all of them offer stunning performance within their respective price classes. The Unison Research Simply Phono is simply that—an outstanding tubed phono stage that offers incredible performance for the price. The Simply Phono is also the most logical choice to match with Unison Research amplifiers, although it works perfectly in any quality hi-fi system.

On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the birth of Unison Research, we pay homage to these historic devices by offering the Simply Two and the Absolute in a limited and numbered “Anniversary” edition. We’ve also decided to offer a completely new version of the Triode 20 and named it, quite appropriately, the Triode 25.
