DAC-1MK - Digital-To-Analog Converter
The DAC-1MK converts digital music files with a max sample rate of 32 bit / 384 kHz (DSD). The core is the ES9038 decoder, which processes the signal fully balanced to the analog section.
Successor to the DAC-1
With the DAC-1MK, Vincent Audio has further improved their excellent sounding DAC-1. This latest model supports DSD (Direct Stream Digital) formats and digital signals with a maximum resolution of 32 bit / 384 kHz via the USB input. Via the optical and coax inputs, the DAC-1MK can process digital signals with a max. resolution of 24 bit / 192 kHz.
The digital signal is internally converted by the ES9038 decoder and processed fully balanced afterwards. To get the best possible sound quality, Vincent has built the DAC-1MK with only the highest-quality parts produced by well-selected manufacturers such as WIMA and Nichicon.
Clean, Powerful Sound
As seen on the DAC-7, a converter from the tubeLine range, Vincent has integrated a transformer with double winding in the power supply. One winding is exclusively for the analog part of the unit, another winding is used only for the digital part of the unit. Both parts get the optimal power and it also minimizes parasitic coupling. This improves the dynamics of the signal passing through and results in a crystal-clear analogue reproduction of the original digital signal.
Power Control
With all your Vincent appliances working together in harmony, controlling them all is painless with the “Power Control” connections on the rear. These allow the DAC to respond to turn-on/off signals from other devices in the signal chain.

About Vincent
Vincent is a German brand and manufacturer of Class-A Hi-Fi equipment. SInce 1995, Vincent has stood for continual development to 2-channel stereo in the high-end class.
powerLine
Vincent is committed to two-channel stereo for its high-end products. One of their primary design approaches, which takes advantage of hybrid tube/transistor technology, is the powerLine range of components. Vacuum tubes deliver the classic “tube sound,” but solid-state circuitry in the output stage provides enough power to drive even the most demanding
