These ESLs incorporate Quads classic push-pull technology which has led the field in electrostatic speaker design since 1957. The ESL-2912 represents the pinnacle of Quad's achievements and incorporates enhancements in speaker dress, metal work, updated panels, 24K gold plated terminals, Piano Rosewood trim whilst retaining the original Quad philosophy of maintaining "The Closest Approach To The Original Sound”.
