RCA

Our unique ARAY technology cables are hand built, with precision, in the UK. ShawlineX RCA features the latest XLPE insulated, silver-plated conductors and a composite shield that works over a wide bandwidth.

ShawlineX RCA cables are turntable-ready as standard. Also available with flying earth leads.

Fitted with Chord VEE 3 ChorAlloy™plated RCA plugs and available in 0.5 and 1m standard lengths with custom lengths/terminations to order including tone arm and mini-jack options.

Chord Company Shawline range places refinement and sophistication centre stage. A wide variety of analogue and digital connections are available alongside the latest XLPE insulated speaker cable. The range now boasts a dedicated tone arm cable, HDMI AOC, speaker cable and an updated power cable with multiple connector options. Our unique ARAY geometry is applied wherever possible along with increasingly complex layers of shielding.

XLR

ARAY cables require a degree of precision achieveable only with careful hand assembly. ShawlineX XLR is built using XLPE insulated, silver-plated conductors and a composite shielding material that works over a wide bandwidth.

Three identical conductors are employed for each connection, in a similar configuration to our Signature and Sarum XLR cables. There is much debate about whether balanced XLR or RCA is the best. If you have both connector types available on your equipment listen to both before deciding.

Fitted with ChorAlloy™plated connector pins. Available in 0.5 and 1m standard lengths with custom lengths/terminations to order.

DIN

Naim users are encouraged to audition these against any basic DIN cable.

ShawlineX DIN features ARAY conductor geometry. Similar in design to Clearway but with heavier gauge silver-plated, multi-strand, OFC conductors and the latest XLPE insulation. Complex high-frequency shielding protects the signal from HF noise. Fitted with ChorAlloy™ plated connectors or contact areas/pins.
