Nordost's Purple Flare 3 Interconnect is constructed using six, 26 AWG, silver-plated, solid core, OFC conductors arranged into three, twisted pairs. Each twisted pair is individually shielded before being bundled and secured in a second, braided shield, providing 97% coverage, virtually eliminating noise. Purple Flare 3 Analog Interconnects are terminated with gold-plated Neutrik Profi RCAs or Neutrik XLRs.
